Free DLC will refuse to download! (I'm Desperate Please Help)
Oh boy, this is gonna be a long one but please bear with me. So around 2 weeks ago I bought a PS4 pro (R1 NA) along with a copy of MHW (R3 ASIA). I began the game, farmed Jho, Kulve, all the good stuff. 40 hours in I decided I wanted to change genders and was going to download the character edit voucher and that's when I noticed my problem.
I have downloaded all the free DLC, all of them will show as purchased and installed on the PSN, but in add-ons and on the MH World system file, it shows that no DLC/Add-Ons have been installed (Yes I did download with an account from the same region as my game). What if i uninstall an xbox one digital download game.
Now at this point, I have tried everything short of buying a new PS4. I Have Deactivated and Reactivated my PS4 as my primary. I have Restored Licenses. I have Rebuilt my Database. I have reinstalled my game. I have also done that Force restart thing where you turn it off and unplug all cords from it. I even made a character and played to the point that I can claim add-ons on my Japanese account and still no luck.
When jesus say yes nobody can say no mp3 download. Now I have also tried the method where you force a download from the PS store website and the app, but I can't force it to download because in the download list for the apps, it says purchased, the same as on my PS4.

Now I know something is off because I downloaded and installed all of my god of war DLC perfectly fine, I also bought and installed the Rathalos and Anjanath theme and it downloaded and installed fine, so it's not an issue with my ps4 and the MH PS store.
At this point, im really frustrated because I've searched the depths of the internet and can't find anything. If someone could please help me it would be greatly appreciated.
